Jaskiran Purewal joined the Shaw Yoder Antwih Schmelzer & Lange team in 2025 as Communications and Public Affairs Aide, following her experience as a Marketing Intern with the firm in 2024.

Before joining SYASL, Jaskiran held marketing and communications roles across higher education, nonprofit, and startup sectors. At UC Davis Student Health and Counseling Services, she served as Social Media Coordinator, leading digital outreach efforts to promote mental health resources, wellness initiatives, and public health programs to the campus community. She also supported marketing initiatives for early-stage startups specializing in artificial intelligence and health technology. 

Jaskiran earned her B.A. in Sociology – Organizational Studies with an emphasis in Business and Society from the University of California, Davis. She is currently pursuing her MBA at San José State University.
