While our legislative advocacy efforts are primarily targeted at the state level, we also advocate at the federal level in certain circumstances.

Upon the passage of legislation, the regulatory process dictates the details of implementation. We help clients provide feedback to state agencies tasked with implementing legislation to ensure that the real-world applications of policies are in our clients’ best interests.

Grassroots Strategies and Coalition Building
Building strong stakeholder coalitions and seeking grassroots support is a key part of our advocacy strategy–as there is strength in numbers and district-level pressure is compelling to decision makers. Leveraging our government roots, when possible, to help apply local-level pressure is an extension of our advocacy strategy.
